POLICIES Payments Payment methods currently accepted are Cash, Zelle & Venmo only. I don’t have change available so if you’re paying cash please bring exact amount. Late Policy I kindly ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time, as being late results in a less than exceptional experience and possible delays for the next client. I understand life happens, so you do have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. I will try to accommodate and fit you in, but it’s not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 50% of remaining balance of their service and must be paid beforehand if you wish to book with me again. COVID-19 Masks are no longer required, but you’re more than welcome to wear one if you still don't feel comfortable. Be mindful that if you are feeling sick at all, I will gladly reschedule you with a minimal rescheduling fee of $10. Please don’t take advantage and use the “sick” excuse for a regular cancellation.
